Conditions governing access to propforgeai.pro and general use of information published by PropForge AI Inc.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and PropForge AI Inc. ("PropForge AI," "we," "us"), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, with its studio at 134 Portland Street, Suite 105, Toronto, ON M5V 2N1. By accessing propforgeai.pro or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate written contracts govern paid project and retainer work; where those contracts conflict with these Terms on service delivery, the written contract prevails.
2. About PropForge AI
PropForge AI is a technology-services firm that builds artificial intelligence and data tools for real-estate organizations — including automated valuation models, lead scoring, document automation, portfolio dashboards and MLS or CRM integrations. We deliver custom proptech under project and retainer engagement. We are not a licensed real-estate brokerage or agent, not a property listings portal or marketplace, not a mortgage lender or broker, not an investment dealer or property fund, and not a self-serve software subscription you purchase off the shelf.
3. Brand and domain clarifications
Prop refers to property and real estate — not theatrical stage props, not aircraft propellers, not informal "props" meaning praise, and not sports-betting "player props." Forge refers to building AI and data tools for property teams — not cryptocurrency mining, not blacksmith metalwork, and not video-game item forges. The .pro top-level domain is branding only; it does not by itself confer a professional regulatory designation beyond our incorporated status as a technology-services company.
4. Website content and accuracy
Information on this website is provided for general description of our studio services. While we strive for accuracy, content may change without notice. Service descriptions, indicative CAD ranges, timelines and case illustrations are not binding offers. Binding scope, pricing and deliverables appear only in signed statements of work or master services agreements.
Illustrative metrics, anonymised case studies and hypothetical engagements describe the type of work we perform — not guaranteed outcomes for your organization. Past performance examples are not promises of future results.
5. Estimates, analytics and disclaimer of advice
PropForge AI builds tools that produce model-generated estimates — valuation bands, forecasts, lead scores, generated listing text and similar outputs. These are probabilistic, may be incomplete or wrong, and are provided for information and internal decision-support only. They are not professional appraisals, and not investment, financial, legal, tax or real-estate transaction advice. A qualified human should review outputs before any decision, listing, acquisition, disposition or client communication.
We do not guarantee any price, rent, appreciation, return, sale, occupancy, lead conversion or other business outcome. Results depend on market conditions, data quality, regulatory context and factors outside our control. Your organization retains responsibility for decisions made using tools we build or analytics we deliver.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content at scale, or introduce malware;
- Misrepresent affiliation with PropForge AI or imply we endorse you without permission;
- Submit false enquiries, spam or honeypot-triggering automated submissions;
- Reproduce substantial portions of the site for competitive misrepresentation or to imply we are a brokerage, portal or course provider.
We may suspend access for conduct that threatens security or mischaracterizes our services.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, design, logos, favicon, photography and original graphics are owned by PropForge AI Inc. or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish, sell, or create derivative works without written permission, except as fair dealing or fair use allows under Canadian law.
Client-owned deliverables from paid engagements are addressed in project contracts. Nothing on this website transfers client IP or model weights to visitors.
8. Third-party links and integrations
Our pages may link to external resources — regulators, privacy authorities, integration vendors. We do not control third-party content or privacy practices. Descriptions of MLS, CRM or cloud integrations illustrate capability; actual connections require your authorization and vendor compliance.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website is handled under our Privacy Policy, which complies with PIPEDA. Contact forms require explicit consent before submission. We do not sell personal data or property leads.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, PropForge AI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from website use or reliance on published content — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.
Our aggregate liability for claims related to free website use is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100). Paid engagements are subject to limitation clauses in signed contracts, which may differ.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PropForge AI Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or misrepresentation of our services to third parties — except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, for disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer in another jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where practicable. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability and waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
