We document where machine learning adds value versus where a simple automation rule suffices, and we define model evaluation criteria your leadership can sign off on. Deliverables include a phased roadmap, integration architecture, risk register for PIPEDA-sensitive fields, and a CAD budget band for each phase. Discovery is where responsible AI starts: we flag where estimates must stay estimates, not appraisals, and where a human review step is non-negotiable. Predictive analytics produce price and demand forecasting bands with explicit uncertainty, not a single headline number your agents might misread. Every AVM passes a model evaluation loop: holdout testing, drift monitoring and documentation of features that drive the estimate. Agents and analysts receive a review interface where they can accept, adjust or reject a model-generated estimate before it reaches a client conversation. We do not present these outputs as professional appraisals or investment advice; they are decision-support tools for real-estate teams who need defensible ranges. Integrations push approved estimates back to your CRM or portfolio dashboard.

Lead Scoring & CRM Intelligence
Brokerages lose deals when leads sit unranked in a shared inbox. We build lead-scoring models that weigh engagement signals — site visits, document downloads, showing requests, email threads — alongside property fit and agent capacity. Predictive analytics rank urgency without pretending to guarantee a conversion. The model sits inside your existing CRM via API or scheduled sync; reps see a score, a rationale snippet and a human override button. We audit for fairness: no proxies for protected characteristics, documented data limits where sample bias exists. Retainer clients receive quarterly recalibration as market conditions and lead sources shift. This is automation that respects the agent's judgment — the score informs the call, it does not replace it.
